From the very moment I walked into the building to register for my Pre-op services to the moment I got into my car to go home, the staff at Providence Medford Medical Center were exceptional. However, I have to recognize my day shift post-surgical care team. Oscar, the RN, and Tracy, the Nurse Assistant, were professional, friendly, genuine, caring, and kind. The night shift, Occupational Health, Physical Therapy, and Food services were outstanding as well. I could not have been blessed with a better care team. Thank you to all of you for making this difficult experience a positive one.
